- May purpose ka sa mundong ito.
And no, your purpose is not to be the greatest, richest, or the most powerful. You are more than that. Your true purpose in life is giving and serving others. Jesus demonstrated this life of servanthood when He washed the feet of His disciples (John 13:1-17).
- You’re not too broken for God.
Oo, kahit gaano pa ka-dark ang past mo or kahit countless na ang mistakes mo, His arms are still wide open to accept you and forgive you. All you need to do is confess and turn to Jesus at bibigyan ka niya ng new beginning and fresh start. Just like Peter after he denied Jesus 3 times and repented (Matthew 26:75; John 21:15-17)
- Hindi ka nag iisa, Jesus understands your pain.
Every pain and suffering that you’re facing right now, alam Niya.
Jesus experienced intense emotional pain that caused Him to bleed while He was praying in the Garden of Gethsemane (Luke 22:44). He was also hurt when Judas betrayed Him, Peter denied Him, and the rest of the disciples abandoned Him nung ina-aresto Siya. And the worst? He suffered physical pain as he went through torment and crucifixion, up to the point of death (Philippians 2:8).
- God has a plan sa buhay mo.
When life is not going the way you expect it to be, magtiwala ka kay God because He knows what He’s doing. Mary, Jesus’ mother, didn’t completely know why Jesus is suffering at the cross of Calvary but she had to trust God.
- You have eternal life in Jesus.
Death is the punishment sa lahat ng ginawa mong kasalanan and the other criminal crucified with Jesus realized that (Luke 23:40-43). But if you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9, NIV).
- You have hope that never dies.
Jesus coming back to life validates all His teachings and claims He that he mentioned. The resurrection is your confidence that hope is never lost, and His promises can be trusted.
